Sales agent dupes private bank

Hubli, Dec 7: A person appointed on commission basis as sales agent and rural marketing associate has cheated ICICI bank here to the tune of Rs 1.50 crore by collecting money from the customers.

According to police, Rajaram Hegde got the money, cheques and demand drafts of the customers, for whom he had got loan from the bank, and deposited it in his savings account in the bank, assuring the customers that their money was being credited to their accounts.
