Pyramid Saimira to enter capital market on Dec 11
Hyderabad, Dec 7 (UNI) Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd, the single largest theatre chain in the country, has proposed to enter the capital market on December 11, aggregating Rs 84.44 crore.
The price band for the 100 per cent book built issue had been fixed at Rs 88 to Rs 100 per equity share of Rs 10 each and the issue would close on December 18, a release from the Pyramid said.
The equity shares were proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
The company, which has 148 screens operational, had proposed further expansion into north India and consolidation of theatres in the south, the release added.
It also plans to develop a Mega Digital Theatre Chain across every single township in India.
