ORG Infomatics raises $10 mln via GDR issue

New Delhi, Dec 7: ORG Informatics Ltd, a leading system integrator of Information Technology, Telecom and Geographical Information System, today said it has raised 10 million dollars by way of issuing Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) in the international markets.

The GDRs are proposed to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

London-based Elara Capital Plc acted as the lead manager for the issue, the company said.

The company posted a net profit of Rs 2.68 crore for the quarter ended September, 2006, 9.25 times up from Rs 0.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.
