Mukhiya shot at in train

Patna,Dec 7(UNI) Unidentifiedd criminals today shot at Ranjit Singh, a mukhiya, inside a stationery train near Khusrupur railway station in Patna district.

Railway police said the criminals attacked the Mukhiya travelling in Rajgir-Danapur passenger train when it was approaching Khusrupur station.The Mukhiya sustained bullet injuries.

Joint operations of railway and district police forces were on to nab the criminals, sources added.
