HP releases updated HP Revenue Act, 2006

Shimla, Dec 7 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbahdra Singh today released the amended HP Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Act No Six of 1954).

Releasing the Act at a function here, he said the updated revenue document would benefit the revenue officials and people in general.

Mr Singh said the contents of the book would help the revenue officials in functioning efficiently and disposing off the revenue cases promptly.

Advising the department to update the Act, he said it would improve the functioning of the officials.
