Chandigarh, Dec 7 (UNI) An Excise and Taxation Inspector was caught red handed while taking a bribe of Rs 2.50 lakh in Faridabad today.

Inspector Navneet Chadha was nabbed while accepting the bribe from one Mohi Ram regarding payment of tax by an anti-corruption squad of the police, a police spokesman said.

Joint Commissioner (Appeals) Mukesh Gambhir was also booked on conspiracy charges under anti-corruption act.
