Quarterly review meetings would take place between the officials of the two departments to take stock of the progress.

It was also decided that neither organisation would encourage ticketless travel or violation of rules on the road.

Close monitoring of violators would be carried out and a dossier of violators would be maintained for taking action based on the analysis of data.

Mr Jakhu said that keeping in view the convenience of the passengers Transport Department of Delhi would be requested to construct small secondary bus stands at peripheral places like Karnal Mor, Peeragarhi, Dhaula Kuan and Ashram.
