Bank manager arrested for accepting bribe

Jabalpur, Dec 7 (UNI) A bank manager of a nationalised bank was caught red-handed by the CBI while accepting a bribe of Rs 1,300 from a farmer for issuing a credit card, official sources said today.

On farmer Kamal Singh's complaint, CBI sleuths raided the bank yesterday and arrested bank manager Vikas Dogre while accepting a bribe of Rs 1,300.

A case was registered against Vikas under the Prevention of Corruption Act and his property was being investigated.
