Two fishermen injured in high tides

Puducherry, Dec 6 (UNI) Two fishermen Raghu (25) and Rajendran (21) were injured when their boat capsized in high tides today.

According to police, both the fishermen hailing from Vambakeerappalayam ventured into the sea this afternoon and their boat was trapped in high tides and capsized causing injuries to them who were treated as out patients.

The boat was damaged and the fishermen also lost their net worth Rs one lakh in the sea.
