Centre-NSCN (K) talks from Dec 15

Kohima, Dec 06 (UNI) The next round of tripartite talks among the Centre, Cease-Fire Supervisory Board (CFSB) and Cease-Fire Supervisory Cell (CFSC) of the NSCN (K) will be held in Delhi for two days from December 15 next.

National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN-K) senior leader and Convener of CFSC Kughalu Mulatonu told UNI over phone that a team of NSCN (K) leaders will leave for New Delhi soon to take part in the tripartite talks with the officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs, in presence of CFSB Chairman Lt. Gen.(Retd) R.V.Kulkarni, who was appointed by the Centre to monitor the implementation of the Cease-Fire Ground Rules.

It may be mentioned here that NSCN (K) had entered into a cease-fire agreement with the Government of India in the year 2001.
