3 soldiers buried under snow avalanche in north Kashmir

Baramulla, Dec 6: Three soldiers were buried under a huge snowavalanche in north Kashmir early this morning, official sources said.

They said the soldiers were killed after their post at Salamabad in Uri sector came under the avalanche.

The area has witnessed heavy snowfall during the past two days.

Rescue teams have been rushed from nearby camps to recover the bodies of the soldiers, they said.
