Woman arrested for blackmailing

New Delhi, Dec 5 (UNI) Police have arrested a woman and busted a racket indulging in blackmailing people.

A property dealer Nand Kishore filed an FIR that some people were demanding money from him and said if he failed to pay they would publish some of his obscene photographs, police said.

Police said Shalini had invited Nand Kishore and later after geting him drunk, had taken some photographs of the property dealer with a woman and had used these to blackmail him.

On December 2, a trap was laid and Shalini was arrested from the Connaught Place area.

A mobile phone, six SIM cards, one camera and 17 photographs with negatives were recovered from her possession, police added.
