Two suicides in capital

New Delhi, Dec 5 (UNI) Two persons allegedly committed suicide in different parts of the capital today.

In the first incident, a-25-year old man ended his life by shooting himself at his house in Samaypur Badli in Northwest Delhi at 0830 hrs, police said.

Kuldeep, a resident of Bhalswa village in Samaypur Badli was reportedly upset over his parents fixing his marriage on January 20 next year. Kuldeep shot himself in the chest, police said.

Police are also investigating as to where from Kuldeep obtained the pistol.

In the second incident, Anil, a-35-year-old casual labourer in BSES, reportedly committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling of his house in Kabul Nagar in Shahdara at 1400 hrs.

Anil was under depression following the death of his wife six months ago.
