Rains likely in Haryana, Punjab, Kerala and Lakshadweep

Pune, Dec 5 (UNI) Rain or snow are likely to occur at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, Uttaranchal and Himachal Pradesh.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places in Haryana, Punjab, west Rajasthan, Kerala and Lakshadweep and at isolated places in east Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and Andman and Nicobar Islands. Mainly dry weather will prevail over the Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat state, Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Rain or snow have occurred at most places in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and and at isolated places in Uttarnchal.

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at a few places in Punjab, west Rajasthan and at isolated places in Haryana, Saurashtra and Kutch, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep. Mainly dry weather prevailed over Uttar Pradesh, east Rajasthan, Gujarat region, Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in some parts Orissa, Jharkhand and were below normal in some parts of Assam, Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and of Rayalseema. They were appreciably to markedly above normal in west Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat state, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha and north Chattisgarh and in some parts of Uttaranchal and Punjab and were normal in Kashmir, coastal Andhra Pradesh and in some parts of east Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and coastal Karnataka. They were normal over the rest of the country.
