Opto Circuits to buy out Co in Europe for Rs 72cr

New Delhi, Dec 4 (UNI) Opto Circuits India Ltd today said it has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) to acquire a medical equipment company in Europe for Rs 72 crore.

The Bangalore-based company did not disclose the name of the company.

The target company designs and manufactures a wide range of balloon catheter assemblies and related products for coronary, renal and other applications, a statement said.

The transaction is subject to financial and legal due-diligence.
