One person from Thailand arrested at NSCBI Airport

Kolkata, Dec 2 (UNI) Police arrested a man arriving from Bangkok at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport today.

D Singh(27), resident from Punjab, was deported from Thailand where he had gone several months ago and was working there. He continued to work for six months even after his visa had expired.

Thailand police arrested him and sent him to jail.

He was deported back to Kolkata once his sentence was over.
