Haryana to give 1 lakh jobs in 6 months

Fatehabad, Dec 2 (UNI) The Haryana government would provide one lakh jobs to the people in various departments in the coming six months.

These include 35,000 teachers, and about 10,000 constables, Haryana Finance Birender Singh told reporters here today.

To a question, he said the state government had decided to use the premises of sick sugar mills for commercial complexes to cover up their deficit.

Mr Singh said a big rally would be organised at Fatehabad on December 9 to mark the birthday of Congress president Sonia Gandhi.
