LS adjourned for the day due to lack of quorum

New Delhi, Dec 1 (UNI) Lok Sabha was adjourned for the day due to lack of quorum.

As the House reassembled at 1530 hrs, and was set to take up the Private Members' Bills for discussion, a BJP member raised the issue of quorum.

Thereafter, Satyanarayan Jatiya, who was in the chair, sounded the quorum bill. However, even after that the number fell much short of the quorum and the Chair adjourned the house for the day.
