Rajkot, Dec 1 (UNI) About 200 Dalits today 'gheraoed' and pelted stones at Udhyognagar police station in the port town of Porbandar, forcing the police to lathicharge in order to disperse the mob.

Police said a mob of nearly 200 dalits rounded and allegedly attacked the police station this morning, when they apprehended two people for questioning in connection with setting ablaze a state transport services bus last night.
