CBI court sends three people to housing societies scam

New Delhi, Nov 30 (UNI) The special CBI court today sent three persons to judicial custody for their alleged role in the multi-crore cooperative housing societies scam.

Judge Sunil Gaur sent to custody Mahavir Prasad, official liquidator in Cooperative societies, Vasant Kumar, president of Shan Youth Cooperative Society and Madan Mohan, an advocate.

Madan Mohan was sent to judicial custody for 14 days allegedly for producing fake certificates in the name of fictitious persons.
