Bank of Rajasthan okays issue of bonds worth Rs 50 crore

Mumbai, Nov 30 (UNI) The Board of Bank of Rajasthan today approved the issue of unsecured, redeemable subordinate bonds in the nature of debenture for Rs 50 crore.

Informing the BSE, the Bank said the issue of bonds in the nature of debenture also included the green shoe option.
