Kolkata DD to celebrate publication of Tagore's 'Geetabitan'

New Delhi, Nov 29 (UNI) Kolkata Doordarshan has made elaborate arrangements to celebrate the glorious completion of 75 years of publication of Nobel-laureate Rabindra Nath Tagore's 'Geetabitan'.

The channel will celebrate the event through week-long live telecast of the function organised in different parts of West Bengal and Tripura from December 3 to 9.

''Wide publicity of the Geetabitan Utsav has been arranged even through roaming van,'' Doordarshan said in a statement here today.
