DD to telecast highlights of Asian Games events

New Delhi, Nov 25 (UNI) Doordarshan will telecast highlights of the events at the Asian Games in Doha from December 1 to 15 in its national network.

The highlghits, to be shown everyday on DD-I, will be of one hour duration, a release said here today.

However, the opening and closing ceremonies will be shown live without any interruption.

Another half hour capsule of the events featuring Indians will also be shown everyday during the Games.

Telecast schedule: Opening Ceremony: Live on DD-I from 2130 hrs December 1 to 0030 hrs December 2.

Closing Ceremony: Live on DD-1 from 2130 on December 15 to 0030 hrs December 16.

Daily Highlights on Mondays to Thursdays: From 0000-0100 hrs.

Daily Highlights on Fridays and Saturdays: From 0030-0130 hrs Daily Highlights on Sundays: From 2330-0030 hrs.

Highlights of India at Doha: 0930-1000 hrs from December 2 to 15.
