Bimla Meena, a MA student of Kanoria PG Girls College, and a resident of Chomu House area of the city here had petitioned the court that she wanted to complete higher studies and become an administrative official but her father Jagdish Meena, uncle Paima Ram and other relatives were not letting her study as they stopped paying for her education.
