Megasoft inks deal with Teletalk Bangladesh

Mumbai, Nov 22: Megasoft , a transnational technology company, has signed a one million U S dollars deal with the state-owned Teletalk Bangladesh to help enhance roaming services in Bangladesh's nascent mobile market.

Megasoft would provide services such as SMS auto correct, PowerRoam, SmartRoute, Welcome Notification, InstaRoam and SMS aggregation as part of the deal, a company release said today.

Megasoft MD and CEO G V Kumar said the deal will lead to a superior mobile service in the Bangladesh market and give roaming access to 400 netoworks to Teletalk customers.

Teletalk Bangladesh MD Mohammed Obaidullah said their four lakh subscribers will benefit from a range of services and help in improved end-user satisfaction, including instant international roaming as well as SMS services for the out-roamers.
