Police officer suspended for black-marketing of kerosene

Jammu, Nov 21 (UNI) Senior Superintendent of Police Doda Manohar Singh has suspended station house officer (SHO) of Assar police station for his alleged involvement in black-marketing of kerosene oil.

The suspension order of SHO Romesh Kumar Bhutyal was issued last evening after establishing during preliminary inquiry that he didn't take any cognisance of open black-marketing of kerosene oil at Assar market on the national highway.

Sub Inspector Ghulam Rasool has been asked to officiate as SHO Assar till the posting of a new SHO.
