Khaitan to showcase products in Wall Mart, enter S Africa,UK markets

Kolkata, Nov 21 (UNI) Khaitan Electricals Ltd will showcase its products in Wall Mart in US and enter into new export markets like South Africa, the United Kingdom and France.

Speaking at a press conference here today, Khaitan Vice-chairman and Managing Director Sunil Khaitan said, ''The company has signed an agreement with Wall Mart. We have completed the modalities and will start supplying products like designer fans from next year March.

''We have our presence in the US. We will enter new markets like France, the UK and South Africa,'' he said.

Till September this year, Khaitan Electricals have already rexported one lakh fans, Mr Khaitan mentioned. The company has exported 78,000 fans last year and expects it to touch two lakhs by next financial year.

The company currently has three factories in Himachal Pradesh, Hyderabad and Kolkata.
