Jharkhand govt to appoint 25,000 teachers: Bandhu Tirkey
Daltonganj, Nov 21 (UNI) Jharkhand's Human Resource Development(HRD) minister Bandhu Tirkey today said the Right to Information (RTI) Act would be added in the higher secondary syllabus in state.
Mr Tirkey, who was here to participate in a programme organised at Bakshi high school ground, said that the RTI was being added with the syllabus in order to make students aware about the law and rights given to them.
The HRD minister said in order to improve quality of education, appointment of para teachers would be made and the government would also appoint about 25,000 thousands teachers in different schools throughout the state.
Others present at the programme were state excise minister Kamlesh Singh and RJD MLA Videsh Singh.
