Running of Samjhauta

New Delhi, Nov 20 (UNI) Railways Ministry has decided to revise days of run of the Attari Special train between Delhi and Attari and the Samjhauta Express between Attari and Lahore from November 30.

The days of run of 4001 Attari Special from Delhi Junction to Attari would remain the same -- on Sundays and Wednesdays -- and its onward link the 4607 Samjhauta Express from Attari to Lahore would also depart as per the existing schedule -- on Mondays and Thursdays.

In the return journey, the 4608 Samjhauta Express from Lahore to Attari and its onward link the 4002 Attari Special from Attari to Delhi would run on Mondays and Thursdays instead of Tuesdays and Fridays from November 30, a Northern Railways statement said.

However, there was no change in the timings of the 4001/4002 Attari Special and the 4607/4608 Samjhauta Express trains.
