Pakistani c.bank to sell 64 bln rupees of T-bills
KARACHI, Nov 20 (Reuters) Pakistan's central bank said it would auction 64 billion rupees ($1.05 billion) worth of three-, six- and 12-month Treasury bills on Wednesday.
Settlement of the auction would be done on Thursday, the State Bank of Pakistan said in a statement.
At the last T-bill auction on November 8, the central bank sold 4.6 billion rupees of its benchmark six-month bills at cut-off and weighted average annual yields of 8.8190 perc ent.
At the same auction, it sold 12.75 billion rupees of three-month bills, and 27.53 billion rupees of the 12-month paper.
The cut-off and weighted average yields on the three-month T-bills were then set at 8.6544 per cent and 8.6368 respectively, while for the 12-month paper, cut-off yield came at 9.0055 percent and weighted average yield at 9.0020 per cent.
