One person died and 36 took ill due to suspected food poisoning

Bangalore, Nov 19 (UNI) One person died and 36 others took ill due to suspected food poisioning in Banadahalli village in Hassan District of Karnataka today.

Police said that the victims started feeling guidiness and vomiting after consuming food prepared at a family function.

While one person died, others were admitted to Government Hospital in Hassan and their condition was stated to be out of danger.

A case has been registered and investigation is on.
