BJP will oppose UPA's Muslim appeasement policies: Rajnath
Hyderabad, Nov 19 (UNI) BJP President Rajnath Singh today said his party would oppose UPA government's Muslim ''appeasement'' policies and it would not support reservations in educational institutions and employment on religious grounds.
Addressing a public meeting here, Mr Singh said there was no need to constitute the Sachar committee, which submitted a report on the living standards of Muslim community in the country.
Alleging that the Left parties were moving on the same line on reservation issue with the Congress, he called on the Muslim community to protest against the UPA's appeasement policies, which were designed with an eye on vote bank politics.
