Dr Mashelkar to receive Cosmos Bank award

Pune, Nov 13: Eminent scientist Dr Raghunath Mashelkar will be presented with the Cosmos Bank's annual award at a function here on November 19.

The award carries a prize money of Rs 50,000 and a memento.

Well known yoga exponent B K S Iyengar will present the award to Dr Mashelkar.

Dr Mashelkar, who has created awareness on patent rights in the country, has been chosen for the award for his contributions to the field of science, a release here said.
