Nepali watchman falls to death from building terrace

Surat, Nov 11 (UNI) Police today said a 30-year old Nepali watchman slipped and fell down from the terrace of an apartment here. He subsequently succumbed to his injuries, they added.

The victim Mr Ashok Gamansingh Thapa, who was working as a watchman in the Mangal Park apartment at Piplod here, went to the terrace of the apartment to clean up a water tank, yesterday.

While cleaning the tank he accidentally slipped and fell down.

His injuries proved fatal and he finally succumbed to his injuries at the New Civil Hospital, police added.
