YMCA, YWCA to observe 'Week of Prayer'

New Delhi, Nov 10 (UNI) YMCAs and YWCAs in the country will observe November 12-18 as the 'Week of Prayer and World Fellowship'.

An age-old tradition of the global YMCA and YWCA, the week of prayer will be joined by about 12,000 local associations in 120 countries.

Delhi Archiocese Auxiliary Bishop Anil J Couto will open the week on November 12 in the national capital. YMCAs of India National General Secretary, T Thomas, will deliver a speech on November 14.

A series of prayer meetings will mark the week, which will conclude at a prayer fellowship hosted by the Delhi YWCA on November 18 at the Marthoma Church, Dwarka.
