Kerala HC notice on Palakkad Corporation no-confidence notice

Kochi, Nov 10 (UNI) The Kerala high court today issued notice to the state election commission and 18 councillors of the Palakkad Municipal Corporation on a petition moved by Corporation chairman S R Balasubramaniam, challenging the notice for a no-confidence motion against him.

Justice S Siri Jagan posted further hearing of the case to November 14.

The notice for the no-confidence motion was given by the councillors last week.
