New Delhi, Nov 10 (UNI) India will hand over to Pakistan at the upcoming Foreign Secretary-level talks, 'some' evidence about Pak-based outfits' involvement in terrorist incidents and Islamabad's response would be a ''test'' of its seriousness about the January six, 2004, commitments regarding controlling flow of terror from its soil.

Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon and his Pakistani counterpart Riaz Mohammed Khan will meet here on November 14-15 to discuss various issues including terrorism.

Mr Khan arrives here on November 13 for the talks.

Official sources today said India believes the upcoming round of negotiations would be different in view of the circumstances under which these are being held after a year.

The talks were earlier scheduled to be held in July but because of 7/11 Mumbai bomb blasts, these were postponed.

''It will be more than just a meeting. This is a round which is going to be different in view of the circumstances,'' the sources added.

They said India would hand over to Pakistan evidence about the involvement of Pak-based outfits in terrorist incidents and see the ''forward movement.'' ''Pakistan is to be seen implementing its commitment on terrorism, first made on January 6, 2004.'' The sources maintained that India had ''credible'' evidence about Pak-based terror groups' involvement in terrorist incidents not just in Mumbai, but in other parts of the country. ''We will see what is the forward movement.'' ''Let's see...we will put them to test,'' the sources said and added that they would not like to pre-judge what Pakistan would do.
