HC directs J'khand to file affidavit on market construction

Ranchi, Nov 10 (UNI) Jharkhand High Court today directed the state government to file an affidavit in three weeks saying when the sector market will be constructed.

A division bench comprising Chief Justice Muthusamy Karpagavinaygam and Justice Permod Kohli passed the order while hearing a writ petition.

The court observed that there was no progress regarding the construction of the sector market.
