Kurian moves HC for discharge in Surynelli sex scandal case

Kochi, Nov 9 (UNI) Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP P J Kurian today moved the Kerala high court, seeking a discharge in the 1996 Suryanelli sex scandal case.

Appealing against the order of the Additional Sessions Court, Thodupuzha, which rejected his discharge petition, Mr Kurian contended that he was innocent and his name was wrongly listed in the array of accused.
