Belgaum AP records lowest temp of 15.3 deg. cel

Bangalore, Nov 9 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the Weather Office here at 0830hrs today.

Rainfall occurred at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and at isolated places over Interior Karnataka.

Chief rainfall amounts(cm): Kiravatti, Haliyal 4 each, Belawadi 3, Panambur, Kalghatgi, Nargund 2 each, Belthangadi, Joida, Karkala, Dharwad, Srirangapatna, Pandavapura, Magadi, Channapatna 1 each.

Minimum temperatures changed little and were normal over the State.

Belgaum AP recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 15.3 deg. Celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Saturday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and isolated places over North Interior Karnataka.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at a few places over Dakshina Kannada, Kolar, Mandya, Mysore, Chamarajnagara, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore Urban districts and at isolated places over remaining districts of the State.

Local forecast: Partly cloudy. Rain/thundershowers likely towards evening/night. Minimum temperature would be around 20 deg.
