SC stays the arrest of grandson of Ex-CJI till Nov 13
New Delhi, Nov 8 (UNI) The Supreme Court today stayed the arrest of the grandson of former Chief Justice of India R N Mishra in a dowry dispute case till November 13.
Former Attorney General Soli Sorabjee appearing for the petitioner Anand Mishra, a lawyer, told the bench headed by K G Balakrishnan that his client was falsely implicated by the complainant and that he had not played fraud on anybody at the time of marriage.
The court fixed Monday for the hearing of the case and directed that no arrests will be made till then.
