RBI cancels certificate of Registration of Goodluck Loans

Mumbai, Nov 8 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today cancelled the certificate of registration granted to Kanpur-based M/s Goodluck Loans and Leasing Ltd for carrying on the business of a non-banking financial institution.

The company has opted to exit from the business of a non-banking financial institution. Following cancellation of the certificate, Goodluck Loans and Leasing Ltd could not transact the business of a non-banking financial institution, the release added.
