Jr Sailing Nationals underway at Dona Paula

Panaji, Nov 8 (UNI) The Yachting Association of India (YAI), the national federation for sailing in India, is conducting the Junior Sailing Nationals in Goa, at the Dolphin Adventure Sports Complex, Hawaii Beach Dona Paula.

The event, hosted by the Goa Yachting Association (GYA) from tomorrow is being conducted in three classes - the Olympic Laser class. the 420 class and the Raceboard class in windsurfing.

Nine races will be held over three days ending on November 11.

The event was preceded by a coaching camp conducted from Nov 5 till today.

The coaches were Rajesh Dhulaji for the 420 class, Shekhar Yadav for the Laser class and Rainer Dias for the Raceboard windsurfing class.
