Unseasonal rains lash Kolhapur, Sangli

Kolhapur, Nov 7 (UNI) Kolhapur city and its surrounding parts experienced thundershowers for an hour this evening.

Rains were also experienced in some parts of the district including the powerloom town of Ichalkaranji and in some parts of neighbouring Sangli district.

Heavy rains had lashed many parts of Kolhapur and Sangli districts late last Sunday evening. The rains had damaged paddy crop in Kolhapur and grape produce in Sangli.
