Mercury soars to 33 degrees C in Delhi

New Delhi, Nov 7 (UNI) Delhi experienced a warm day today with mercury rising to 33 degrees Celsius in the absence of the Easterly winds.

The meteorological department said the maximum was three degrees above normal.

The minimum was recorded at 15.8 degrees Celsius, again three degrees above normal.

The weatherman has forecast shallow fog in the morning and mainly clear sky over the next 24 hours in the capital. The minimum is expected to rise to 16 degrees Celsius.
