Ahmedabad, Nov 7 (UNI) Congress Members of Parliament from Gujarat boycotted an all-party MPs meeting called by Chief Minister Narendra Modi here today.
The Congress MPs alleged that the meeting was called with an ''ulterior motive'' rather than to discuss vital issues pertaining to the state that needs to be raised during the Winter Session of the Parliament.
The Congress MPs -- Naran Rathwa, Jiva Patel, Virji Thummar, Harisinh Chavda and Vikram Madam -- alleged that they were not provided adequate time to prepare for the meeting.
