Executive Director of the NIS here, Laxman Singh Ranawat has written to Ratan Wattal, Director General of Sports Aauthority of India (SAI) in this regard.

The two foreign coaches are presently training the Indian men and women judokas at the NIS here. The coaches -- Kim Won Hong, who is training the men judokas and Kawa Yong Cho who is training the women probables -- cannot understand a word of English, nor can they speak the language of their trainees or the Indian coaches.
