Caplin Point shareholders to approve May Labs merger on Nov 27

New Delhi, Nov 7 (UNI) Caplin Point Laboratories today said its equity shareholders will on November 27 consider the proposed merger between May (India) Laboratories Pvt Ltd and the company.

''Pursuant to the order of the High Court of Judicature at Madras a meeting of the equity shareholders of the company will be held on November 27, 2006, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation between May (India) Laboratories Pvt Ltd and the company and their respective shareholders,'' a statement said.
