Woman immolates herself

Lucknow, Nov 4: A woman allegedly immolated herself here last night, police said today.

The incident occured in Sartua village, where a deranged woman Kanti allegedly doused herself with kerosene and set herself afire.

Meanwhile, Kanti's husband received serious burn injuries in an attempt to save her. He was rushed to hospital.

A case was registered.
