Vested interests trying to harm my daughter, Minister: FIL
Puducherry, Nov 4(UNI) In a sudden twist in Social Welfare Minister P Angalan's case, his father-in-law Harikrishnan today said his daughter was abducted by someone who wanted to destroy the political future of Angalan.
In a letter to Chief Minister N Rangasamy, copy of which was forwarded to the Senior Superintendent of police and Superintendent of Police(rural) Mr Harikrishnan alleged that Mr Angalan and his wife had some minor problems for the past few days, which had been and it was resolved through discussions, following the intervention of her father and brother Sathyaseelan.
Mr Harikrishnan said, his daughter was abducted by Mr Angalan's rival and was forced to file false complaints against the minister.
He along with Mr Angalan and his two children are living in the same house in a cordial atmosphere, he added.
He urged Mr Rangasamy to intervene to get back his daughter Kavi Priya. The allegations against Mr Angalan were false and some vested interests were highlighting it for political interests, he alleged.
The intention was to spoil Kavi Priya's life, he added.
